Soggy Week

What a soggy week it has been. We’re thankful for the warmer temperatures. However, it would seem that we’ve traded in the cold, dry weather for warm wet weather! Seeing as how we wash our lettuce and also pressure wash the lettuce rafts - throw in the rain and we were all wet on Wednesday!

We have also made some headway into why our lettuce has been growing slowly. After many phone calls we were able to get someone to look at our heat pump. Turns out we need a new compressor! Hopefully by next week’s blog we are back in business!
